SETTING THE STANDARD IN THREAD PRODUCTION AND SERVICE WORLDWIDE

Following the acquisition of Oxley Threads Limited during 2008 by the Amann Group of companies, the Group subsequently reorganised its UK trading operations to one consolidated site in Ashton Under Lyne, near Manchester.

As part of this process the sales and distribution functions of Amann UK Limited (formerly Donisthorpe Limited) were transferred to the Oxley Threads site during the latter half of 2008.

In order to complete the rationalisation process of the UK operations, the trading activities previously performed by Amann UK are now processed under the unified name of AMANN OXLEY THREADS LTD effective from 1 January 2009.
